Johnny and Mallory Fortunato's kitchen vision is a stunning testament to functional design and vibrant aesthetics. With Johnny's extensive background in color and design, as the C.E.O./Owner of Wrapstars, the kitchen reflects a thoughtful blend of style, symmetry and a pop of fresh crisp color.
The grand size of the kitchen is accentuated by a spacious island, which features a remarkable six feet of circulation space. This ample room not only allows for multiple drawers to be accessed simultaneously but also fosters a welcoming environment for family gatherings, enabling children to explore and interact within a safe zone.
The design captures the Fortunatos’ vision of a home where every meal becomes an opportunity for connection and creativity.
Johnny knew what he wanted for his dream space, so we decided to skip exploring two additional concepts and focused intently on getting his unique vision onto paper.
He envisioned a kitchen that offered ample space for both cooking and socializing, which we carefully crafted to accommodate not only functionality but also a natural flow between different areas. A striking brick wall was an essential element of the design, fulfilling his heartfelt desire to pay homage to his New Orleans roots and cultural background.
