This two-hour meeting to create a strategic plan fit to the client’s needs and expectations before they even embark on their project, grasping your expectations to deliver a realistic result. Complete with follow up to include Sketchup & CAD As-Builts of your existing home and (2) Initial Concept Designs.

2. Drafting & Visualization

DESIGN (concept to construction documents):
Per Hour
• CAD/Drafting: Drafting services for Construction Documentation/Permit Set.
• Electrical/Lighting Plans
• Interior Elevations/Finish Selections
• Visualization: Sketchup Concept Design, Hand Sketches
Any drawings requiring an engineer stamp will accrue engineer costs separate from this price.

From conceptual to material studies all the way to Construction Documents, tools such as Auto-Cad, Sketchup, Adobe Suite, physical models & photography can be utilized to reach the client’s vision and expectations as well as documentation for building permits.

3. Permit Submittals/Code Research

CODE RESEARCH & ANALYSIS:
Per project report/study/Permit Application submittal.
Additional Research: Per hour.
Jurisdiction/County/Homeowners Association Zoning and Building Code Research.
Providing Code Compliance Studies for IRC, ICC, and zoning.

4. Project Management & Coordination

COORDINATION/CONSTRUCTION ADMIN:
Gantt Chart Coordination
Communication and sourcing sub-contractors

A process-driven approach providing information and resources for your project. Assisting in deciphering different material options and systems in congruence with cost and material sourcing.
